• Risk assessing face to face INA's and reviews

• Providing telephone or video as an alternative to face to face

• Assessing the client's health condition/s and risk factor/s

• Risk assessing if face to face contact is essential with client

• Using risk assessments, for both client and case manager and using COVID-19 symptoms risk assessment checklist prior to travelling to visit a client

• MDT Meetings via telephone conference or video

• Visits only take place if social distancing can be maintained

• Case managers using appropriate PPE

• Case managers working remotely

• Subscribed to government updates

• Adapting to and following the NHS England and Government guidelines and guidance on COVID-19
