Our Services
Birchwood & Co Case Management are a CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulated case management company providing Nationwide adult and children’s assessments, case management & rehabilitation for brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and complex injury.
CQC regulated
We deliver exceptional service and are committed to providing open, safe, and effective case management. Improving our service through feedback, case manager supervision, training, and auditing.
Complex injury
We work with adults and children, providing support for Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)/Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), amputation, spinal cord injury and complex injuries.
INAs – initial needs assessment
We provide client-centred assessments and reports that are concise and comprehensively audited. Our experienced case managers use evidence-based recommendations to ensure the client receives the correct support.
Case management – experienced case managers
Our case managers are experienced in providing support for both adults and children. All our case managers are recruited with a minimum set standard and are provided training and CPD development to ensure competencies and compliance are continually met.
North and South based
We can provide assessments and case management Nationwide. Early rehabilitation Early intervention is key to maximising rehabilitation and support. As standard we have set SLAs (service-level agreements) to ensure assessments and reports and are completed within set timescales and case managers communicate effectively and provide solutions to support clients.
Support worker packages
We directly recruit support workers for clients, including providing training, supervision, and payroll services, ensuring the client receive a high standard of care and support.
Occupational therapy & psychological assessment
​We can provide occupational therapy & psychological assessments and if required ongoing treatment.
Assessments can be completed pre-or post-INA.

Funding options to ensure fast and early rehabilitation
Early intervention is key to maximising rehabilitation. As standard we have set SLAs (service-level agreements) to ensure assessments and reports are completed on time.

We can initially fund INAs and treatment, if required, to enable the client to receive immediate support, which may further reduce long-term rehabilitation costs. Includes seamless and efficient invoicing and we can also provide client accounts to manage the client's rehabilitation funds.

Meeting the client
At no cost we can provide our services for what is known as 'meet & greet' of clients, solicitors and their families to get an understanding of the client's needs and so the client can get to know the case manager.
