Our Services
INAs – initial needs assessment
We provide client-centred assessments and reports that are concise and comprehensively audited before being provided to instructing parties (either single or joint instructed). Our experienced Case Managers use evidence-based recommendations to ensure the client receives support and rehabilitation that is GOAL led and effective.
Case management – experienced case managers
We have extensive experience of working on pre- and post-trial cases with a variety of solicitors, insurers, trustees and cases under court of protection.
Our understanding has given us the ability to work effectively with all parties in the medico-legal process and knowledge to deal with both the NHS and the private sector and has enabled us to build good relationships with therapists, consultants, support worker agencies and rehabilitation clinics.
Our highly experienced case managers have a minimum of 5 years’ medico-legal and clinical experience (10
years in total). They provide evidenced-based recommendations, regularly review client goals and treatment, and support clients through injury.
Case managers are provided with CPD development,
training and supervision with managed caseloads
to enable quality case management.
Occupational therapy & psychological assessment
We can provide occupational therapy & psychological assessments and if required ongoing treatment.
Assessments can be completed pre-or post-INA.
North and South based
We have the ability to provide cost-effective case management and assessments throughout the whole of the UK.
Funding options to ensure fast and early rehabilitation
Early intervention is key to maximising rehabilitation. As standard we have set SLAs (service-level agreements) to ensure assessments and reports are completed on time.
We can initially fund INAs and treatment, if required, to enable the client to receive immediate support, which may further reduce long-term rehabilitation costs. Includes seamless and efficient invoicing and we can also provide client accounts to manage the client's rehabilitation funds.
Adhering to case management clinical governance
We deliver exceptional service and are committed to providing safe and effective case management and improving our service through feedback, case manager supervision, training, reflection and auditing.
Meeting the client
At no cost we can provide our services for what is known as 'meet & greet' of clients, solicitors and their families to get an understanding of the client's needs and so the client can get to know the case manager.
We are always happy to discuss any cases you may be considering referring, please contact us on 0114 400 0188
