Our case managers are experienced in providing support for both adults and children. All our case managers are recruited with a minimum set standard and are provided training and CPD development to ensure competencies and compliance are continually met.

What is a Case Manager?
Following a traumatic event, as a case manager we can provide recommendations and support for many aspects of your life to help meet an individual's health, family, care, social and employment needs. ​ A case manager is an advocate on your behalf and can provide you with guidance and support through what can be a difficult time following a traumatic event. Our experienced case managers are professional and dedicated in what they do and are health professionals, registered with their respected regulatory bodies. They range from occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, and speech and language therapists. ​
All our case managers are skilled in their field, and what sets us apart is our empathy, caring attitude and drive to support you. Our exceptional standards and procedures, SMART goals and evidence-based recommendations, help to ensure you receive the best quality support for your needs. ​
Our case manager's have a minimum of five years of experience in case management or a clinical field.
